SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Orders will usually be shipped 24 hours after payment.

When you order a Pre-Order or Back-Order item from Melnadex, all other items in the same order will be shipped together with the Pre-Order or Back-Order item.

For example, if your Pre-Order item is scheduled to ship in one month, all other items in that order will also be held until the Pre-Order item ships.

If you would like your other items to be shipped immediately, please place them in a separate order and check out separately.

Please note: Orders containing Pre-Order or Back-Order items cannot be partially fulfilled or partially canceled.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Melnadex we specialise in selling booster boxes and packs. Due to the nature of these items and the industry. We maintain a strict no return policy to protect the integrity of our products.

In the event a product is damaged in transit or does not match its description please email Support@Melnadex.com and include your order number. We will review your case promptly and will provide a suitable solution.

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase and there will be no cancellation fee.

After 12 hours of Purchase a 5% cancellation fee will be applied to cover payment processing and administrative costs.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.
